2023 Race Registration

Registration on event day opens at 7 am and closes at 8:30 am.

Online Registration: ONLINE REGISTRATION You can find the link to our Printable Registration and Waiver Form, with mailing instructions, at the bottom of this page. BOTH Registration and Waiver must be filled out before the race for ALL participants.

14th Anniversary Hanalei Bay Swim Challenge – Saturday, July 29, 2023
Schedule of Events

7:00 AM Check-in & Day of Race Registration at Hanalei Pier
8:30 AM All Registration CLOSED, No exceptions
8:45 AM Pule (Blessing of Swim Challenge)
9:00 AM Staggered Pier Swim for Keiki (Parents may accompany swimmer)
9:20 AM 3000-meter swim MAX SWIM TIME TO COMPLETE: 1 hour 15 minutes
9:25 AM 1000-meter swim
9:35 AM 1000 meter Fin and Snorkel Swim

Entry Fees

Pier – 8 & Under – Before July 23: $15 – July 23-29: $15
Pier – 9-12 – Before July 23: $15 – July 23-29: $20
1000 Meter – 13 years & older: Before July 23: $50 – July 23-29: $60
1000 Meter Mask & Fin: Before July 22: $50 – July 23-30: $60
3000 Meter – 13 years &; older: Before July 23: $50 – July 23-29: $60
All fees are non-refundable. There will be no refunds, including if this event were to be canceled.

8 & Under 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place Medals – Boys & Girls. Ribbons for All Finishers
12 & Under 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place Medals – Boys & Girls. Ribbons for All Finishers
1000 Meter 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place Medals – 15 & under/16-19/20-29/30-39/40-49/50-59/60-69/70+
3000 Meter 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place Medals – 15 & under/16-19/20-29/30-39/40-49/50-59/60-69/70+
1000 Meter Fin and snorkel division – 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place Medals. All ages are in one group.
ALL participants will receive a commemorative swim cap.

Pre-register by Friday, July 8th, 2023 to guarantee a T-shirt!
